It’s not about us.  It’s about Everyone.

We have launched a website with the idea of building communities and coming together.  As we learn we will share information and tips on how to find common ground while listening fully with respect and honor.  We hope to have guest speakers, share videos, articles, and some thoughts.  It’s about rising for each other in different ways, in our neighborhoods, our communities, ours states, and our country,  It’s about life.

Common Ground

Common ground is where we are more alike than different.  Even amidst conflict  finding common ground shifts focus from what separates us to what unites us.

Truth

Finding truth must be a shared process.  On everything there are different perspectives.  No one person has the full story.  No one.

Light

The gifts inside each of us is our light.  Shine yours by bringing possibilities to others, helping those in need, being a resource, and creating a foundation to build upon. 

Honor and Respect

Honoring and respecting each other enables us to listen without judgment to each other’s views about what matters most to us as the people of this nation.

People are the Answer

Most answers have come from research, scientists, professors, and people on the front lines doing their jobs.  Human talent, collaborations, and ingenuity together, will give the ultimate solutions.
